VMSC CO., LTD – Development’s history

• 1999 – 2020:

Centre of dispatch labour to overseas (CEDILO) under Vietnam Steel Corp (VNSTEEL) was founded and assigned the task to carry out the License of sending labours to overseas of VNSTEEL. The labour markets in this time: Taiwan, Japan, UAE, Malaysia. The total number was supplied oversea: 450 people.

• 2003-2010:

CEDILO continued to maintain and promote the tasks of recruiting and supplying labour to Taiwan, UK, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Japan, Czech Republic, Malaysia.. with total number 6.800 people.

• 2011-2017:

VNSTEEL privatized and transferred CEDILO into Centre of dispatch labour to overseas – Vietnam Steel Corp. During thí time, VNSTEEL mained the labour markets and dispatched 5.100 people to overseas.

• 2017 till now:

VNSTEEL carried out the restructuring Plan and decided to separate CEDILO to set up Vnsteel Manpower Supply and Services Company Limited (VMSC CO., LTD) in order to inherit the labour supplying task of VNSTEEL and implement directly its license of dispatching Vietrnames labour to overseas. Now the main labour markets of VMSC are:

1. Taiwan
2. Japan
3. Malaysia, Laos, Brunei
4. European countries (Russia, UK, Romania, Czech Republic…)
5. Middle East and Afican countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Algeria. Mozambique…)
